Korean War Veterans Memorial

The memorial is in honor of the 5.8 million-armed forces service members who fought and died during the Korean War. The memorial consists of several distinct parts: The Mural wall, Nineteen stainless steel statues, United Nation plaques, the Pool of Remembrance, and the Dedication Stone. The Mural was created by Louis Nelson. The 19 stainless steel statues were sculpted by Frank Gaylord and cast by Tallix Foundries. The memorial is located Washington, DC.
